I was born and raised at Manzhouli, a remote city close to Siberia, in China and where I was a high school biology teacher. After I came to the US, I joined Dr. Schuchman’s lab at Mount Sinai Hospital as a technician doing animal genotyping, and histology. I joined Dr. Hancock’s lab in 2002 as a technologist and keep doing animal husbandry, genotyping, histology and immunohistochemistry. I enjoy the current work a lot and my hobbies are vegetable and flower gardening. I also like music and dance.
